By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or joining Letters Within™ Mail Club, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
About Letters Within™ Mail Club
Letters Within™ Mail Club is a monthly mailed experience designed to encourage self-reflection, positive thinking, personal growth, and moments of intentional connection with yourself.
Each monthly mailing may contain a combination of letters, self-reflection materials, affirmation cards, activities, stickers, inspirational items, keepsakes, and other themed materials.
Contents, designs, colors, themes, and individual items may vary from month to month. Images displayed on our website or social media may be representative, and variations may occur in the items received.
Subscription Price
Letters Within™ Mail Club is currently offered for $10.00 per month, with standard U.S. shipping included unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Prices may change in the future. Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
Recurring Billing
When you select the monthly subscription option, you authorize our payment processor, Square, to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until your subscription is canceled.
Your subscription will continue automatically unless canceled.
Payment processing is handled by Square and is also subject to Square's applicable terms and policies.
One-Time Purchases
When available, customers may have the option to purchase a single month's mailing without enrolling in a recurring subscription.
A one-time purchase does not automatically enroll the purchaser in the monthly subscription program.
Monthly Signup Cutoff
The monthly signup cutoff is generally the 23rd of each month, unless otherwise stated on our website or checkout page.
Orders or subscriptions received after the monthly cutoff may begin with the following month's mailing.
We may adjust cutoff dates when necessary because of holidays, postal schedules, supply availability, or other operational circumstances.
Shipping
Letters Within™ Mail Club currently includes standard shipping within the United States unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address.
Please contact us promptly if your mailing address changes. We cannot guarantee replacement of a mailing that has already been shipped to an address provided by the customer.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the postal carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Mail
If your Letters Within™ mailing arrives substantially damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable period after shipment, please contact us at info@letterswithin.com.
We will review the circumstances and, when appropriate, may provide a replacement or another reasonable resolution. Replacement items may vary if the original monthly materials are no longer available.
Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription to prevent future recurring charges.
Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse a payment that has already been processed or an order that has already entered preparation or fulfillment.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription period, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date.
Refunds
Because Letters Within™ Mail Club includes physical products that may be prepared specifically for each month's mailing, payments are generally non-refundable once an order has entered preparation or fulfillment.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, received the wrong order, or experienced another problem with your purchase, please contact us at info@letterswithin.com so we can review the situation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Educational and Self-Reflection Purposes
Letters Within™ Mail Club materials are intended for general educational, inspirational, self-reflection, and wellness purposes only.
Letters, affirmations, activities, prompts, exercises, and other materials provided through Letters Within™ are not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, hypnotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or professional healthcare advice.
Purchasing or participating in Letters Within™ Mail Club does not create a psychologist-client, therapist-client, hypnotherapist-client, physician-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship.
